The line is CNC-controlled and used for the vertical processing of panels.

The design in U-form allows the operation by one person only for feeding and taking off the pieces.

If the machine is continuously fed, there are approx. 3-4 pieces in the machine.

The machine is intended for the processing of square panels for boring, milling, grooving etc.

Small parts as drawer fronts, base parts and covers can be produced without any problems.

The machine can process strips of wood or aluminium with max. sizes of
18 x 10 mm.

The machine is equipped with a software of the generation ALBATROS.

The machine can produce single parts or series according work list, a programme change takes approx. 3 seconds without intervention of the machine operator.

A revolver with 10 positions and boring tools with 7 drills enable all kinds of panel processing.

The machine worked for approx. 1000 working hours only.

Currently the machine stands in a show room and is no longer in operation, however, it can be demonstrated on request.
