Complete short cycle melamine pressing line for particle board, MDF board etc

The line consists of:

Roller conveyor feeding the stacks of panels
Panel separation
Panel surface cleaning
Lateral push feed of the panels
Automatic paper lay-up station with twin pallet position on lift
Carriage feeding the panel into the press by lateral clamps
Press (press platens 5400 x 2250 mm, 10 upstroke rams, heating by thermal oil)
Outfeed carriage with vacuum cups
Decorative plate magazine with semi-automatic exchange
Edge trimming device, lateral and crosswise
Quality control- and stacking station with vacuum, 4 stack positions
