Aprašymas Veneer Butt Joining Machine make Kuper type FW/L-1200 V throat 1200 mm veneer thickness approx. 0,4 - 2,0 mm veneer length from approx. 400 mm veneer strip widths from approx. 50 mm feed infinitely variable approx. 10-50 m/min drive 1,1 kW operating voltage 400 V, 50 cycles, 3 phases +MP total connected load 6,5 kW air consumption approx. 600 NL/min lacquer finish RAL 6011 net weight approx. 1205 kg for longitudinal splicing of pre-glued veneer edges approx. 0,4 - 2,0 mm thick Gluing with a special PVAC-glue which has been applied to the veneer edges by a separate gluing device before (KUPER KLM). The PVAC-glue is activated in the machine by means of a special heating system. Splicing of the veneers is effected by a sensitive disc system. The special PVAc-glue is a rapid hardening and joint filling PVAC-glue. For the splicing of wavy veneers the joint can be reinforced by simultaneous application of a glue thread. Special features of the machines are high thru feed speed and easy operation.
